4. If information published on the Site differs from information provided by the linked booking platform or activity provider, the latest details, prices, participation requirements, cancellation terms, and other instructions shown by the external provider will take precedence.
5. The Site does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information published through the Services.

1. Selecting a booking link on the Site will take the User to an external website operated by a third party.
2. Any booking or purchase contract is entered into directly between the User and the relevant booking platform, activity provider, or other third party.
3. Reservations, payments, changes, cancellations, refunds, inquiries, identity verification, participation requirements, and related procedures are governed by the terms, privacy policy, and instructions of the relevant external provider.
4. The Site does not control the formation of reservations, availability, payments, operation of activities, changes, cancellations, refunds, or other transactions conducted through external websites.
5. Questions about a reservation should be directed to the activity provider or booking platform through which the reservation was made.

1. The Site contains advertising links provided through affiliate programs.
2. If a User books or purchases an experience through a link on the Site, MATSURI Travel may receive a referral fee from the relevant booking platform or other provider.
3. A referral fee will not ordinarily be added to the amount paid by the User. However, Users should check the external booking page for the applicable price and conditions.
4. Regardless of whether a referral fee is received, the Site aims to provide information that helps Users consider and choose suitable experiences.
5. The inclusion of an affiliate link does not constitute a guarantee by the Site regarding the linked product, service, provider, or transaction terms.

2. The content, operation, security, handling of personal information, products, services, and transaction terms of external websites are controlled by their respective operators.
3. Users should review the terms of use and privacy policies of an external website before using it.

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the Services:

2. Except for personal use and other uses permitted by law, Users may not reproduce, republish, modify, translate, distribute, publicly transmit, sell, or otherwise use content without permission from the Site or the applicable rights holder.
3. Third-party trademarks, service names, images, and other materials quoted or displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective rights holders.

The Site may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services without prior notice in the following circumstances:

1. Maintenance, inspection, or updates are required
2. A failure occurs in a server, communication network, or other system
3. A natural disaster, power outage, communication failure, or other event beyond reasonable control occurs
4. Action is required due to applicable law, regulatory requests, or other circumstances
5. The Site reasonably determines that a change, suspension, or termination is operationally necessary

1. The Site will not be liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services unless the damage was caused by the intentional conduct or negligence of the Site.

3. 4. Except where liability is required by applicable law, the Site is not responsible for damage caused by the User’s decisions, information entered by the User, device or communication environment, or use of an external service.
5. Any disclaimer or limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Users use the Services at their own responsibility.
2. If a User violates these Terms and causes damage to the Site or a third party, the User must resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense.
3. If a User intentionally or negligently causes damage to the Site, the User may be responsible for compensating that damage in accordance with applicable law.

The handling of User information by the Site is governed by the separately published Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy before using the Services.

1. The Site may revise these Terms when necessary due to changes in applicable law, changes to the Services, or other circumstances.

3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, the courts of Japan having jurisdiction over the location of the operator will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
