4. Cookies and Local Device Storage

At present, the only information the Site itself stores persistently in a User’s browser is the Japanese or English display language stored under “site-language” in localStorage.

Experience and destination selections in the search form are processed for display and navigation, but the Site itself does not persist those search conditions in cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage. Email addresses entered in the newsletter field are not transmitted or stored by the current implementation.

The Site’s code does not set cookies for the purpose of tracking Users. Hosting services or external services reached through links may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their respective functions and policies.

Users may be able to delete or disable cookies, localStorage, or similar storage through their browser settings. Doing so may prevent settings such as the selected display language from being retained.

5. Access Logs and Hosting

The Site uses Vercel and Supabase for website delivery, secure operation, data delivery, and troubleshooting.

In connection with providing their services, these providers may process IP addresses, access dates and times, request information, browser information, error information, and other technical information.

Such information may be processed in accordance with each provider’s privacy policy for the period required by law and operational needs or as determined by the relevant provider.

6. Affiliate Links and External Booking Platforms

The Site contains affiliate links to booking platforms operated by third parties, including Klook.

When a User selects a booking link on the Site, the Site may record the date and time of the click, the relevant product, provider, page on the Site, selected display language, and referrer before redirecting the User to the external booking platform.

The Site’s current public pages do not automatically load the external Klook widget script when a page is displayed. A User is taken to the external website when the User selects a booking link.

After the User moves to an external booking platform, that platform may collect or process IP addresses, cookies, browser information, browsing information, and other information. The platform’s privacy policy and terms of use govern that processing.

The Site does not directly manage booking or payment information entered by Users on an external booking platform for the purpose of processing a reservation.
